Welcome to our Acrylic Painting Workshop in the "Remembering The Masters" Series, where we will explore the great Black American Artists in History! This fun and interactive two-hour painting workshop will introduce you to the beautiful art and works of the Harlem Renaissance, 19th-century artists, and more. You will learn the basics of acrylic painting in a relaxed and welcoming atmosphere. Our instructors will guide you through the painting process and provide laminated handouts of historic paintings you will create. You can also ask questions and get feedback from your experienced instructor, Ya'qub Shabazz. To make this an even more enjoyable experience, we will provide snacks and beverages for you.
